Steer clear of this service. They withdrew money from my account months after the initial charge. I sought medical help for my mother while in Canada, but the support was unhelpful, costing $90 initially, and then they took another $90 five months later. I can't even access their website from the UK.
Unsatisfactory experience with the doctor who diagnosed me with strep throat but advised me to get antibiotics from another doctor for $72, claiming it was outside their policy to prescribe them. What kind of medical service is this? I can't afford to waste money on ineffective care.
Avoid this service. They deduct money from your account long after the initial charge. I tried to get medical help for my mother while in Canada, but they were unhelpful. I paid $90, and then five months later, another $90 was taken. I can't even access their website from the UK.
Extremely dissatisfied! I used the service once, and the consultation felt fake as the doctor didn’t understand my question and sounded scripted. I found a recurring charge on my credit card three months later. Cancelling was impossible, so I had to cancel my credit card! Avoid this service.
The doctor prescribed domeperidone and, when I mentioned my child is only 6 years old, said it was still okay to use. This is concerning as this medication should not be prescribed for children. I later verified this with my doctor and pharmacist.
I was very ill with a fever, likely from a UTI. After moving to a new state with no insurance, this service made it seem like I could get a prescription online. I paid $50 only to be told I needed to see a doctor. No other help was offered, and I was charged another $50 the following month. It's a scam.
While in Mississippi, I realized I had lost my blood sugar medication. I was assured I would receive a prescription from a U.S. doctor, but after charging me $67 plus tax, I was sent to a pharmacist who refused to fill it. I never received the promised refund.
