I purchased a toy double pushchair for my daughter’s birthday in August, and she absolutely adores it. I also bought her a toy crib for her dolls for Christmas. The prices are much more affordable compared to other places, and the quality is excellent as well. She spends hours playing with them.
I placed an order on a Sunday (opted for standard delivery) and received it the very next day through a courier service. The prices were excellent as well. I'm very impressed and will definitely use this service again. Thank you!
I had some initial concerns after reading various reviews, which made me anxious about my order. I purchased a cot bed set along with a matching dresser. The delivery service was exceptional. I mistakenly provided the wrong phone number but received a response to my email within an hour. They offered me a delivery date that I couldn't make, so I rescheduled for a more convenient day. Although the delivery window was uncertain, I ensured I was available. They were scheduled between 12-3pm but arrived at 11am, which was no problem since they called 40 minutes ahead to confirm. The items were delivered to my preferred location, and all boxes were in excellent condition. My partner assembled everything that evening and was very impressed with the quality. I absolutely love the set and couldn't be happier! Thank you.
The service was terrible, cold, and impersonal, with poor communication between the company and their delivery service. We had a scheduled delivery window that we missed because the driver called to say he would arrive at 2:20 PM. This left my wife and me with barely enough time to attend an important meeting. We ended up receiving a £25 fine for missing the window, as the driver arrived half an hour earlier than he had stated. Ironically, the delivery service also missed their re-delivery window by over an hour, causing my wife to wait, yet I doubt they faced any penalties. This feels like a greedy company with no personal touch, and we will not be buying from them again.
I had been using the double buggy for less than six months when the wheel broke off while crossing the road, which was extremely unsafe with a young baby and toddler. I contacted the company to inquire about fixing the wheel or getting a replacement since it’s under a year old, and I provided photo evidence immediately. They refused and suggested it might be my fault for hitting a curb. As a parent, I would never do that, especially since it broke in the middle of the road with witnesses present. This was not my fault, and I feel like I wasted my money because the buggy was not suitable for use! I will not be purchasing from this company again!
Beautiful item. However, we informed the service about a dent on one side of the bodywork, which is not present on the other side. We took photos and were told it’s part of the framework. It feels like an imperfect holiday gift, but after struggling through the assembly, we chose to keep it since a replacement wasn’t offered.
I'm sharing an update about the nursery furniture we ordered. My husband finally assembled it for my grandson's nursery, and we are very happy with the quality of the products. The price was great, and the delivery time was also impressive.
I am extremely frustrated with the service. My order was incomplete, and despite multiple emails, I am still waiting for a response on how to return the items. They do not answer phone calls and only communicate via email, yet I haven't received the return form I need. This has been ongoing for over two weeks, creating a stressful situation as my due date approaches. I urgently need to buy items from another provider but can't proceed until this issue is resolved. Overall, the communication has been poor, and I cannot recommend this service.
