This was the third time that ATK had moved us and they were very efficient, business-like and friendly, as before. We cannot fault their care and attention to detail and would highly recommend them to anyone. Adam and Dan have gathered together an excellent team of helpers who couldn't have been more helpful. It was a pleasure doing business with ATK.
Three guys from ATK moved me before Christmas from one flat to another (negotiating a couple of flights of stairs at either end) in Hay-on-Wye with fast, friendly efficency. They went beyond removal: they plumbed in my washing machine, sorted the tangle of cables to set up my TV and DVD player, and generally made the whole move stress-free. ATK already has a high local reputation as the go-to removals company: I'm happy to confirm all that.
An impressive level of service. ATK responded to my enquiry and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations.I needed two sofas moved from local storage to my house and had been given a couple of (excessive) quotes from ‘man and a van’ type companies. Both had dubious credentials and reviews, so I tried ATK. It proved to be the perfect solution.In one day I had an agreeable quote and booked the pickup having given details. The sofas were picked up by two ATK men and delivered without any issues. The men were efficient, courteous and professional. The entire operation was quick, stress free and without any problems.My wife and I were delighted with the ATK service and would recommend them.
ATK moved me from a small terraced house with difficult and limited access. They did it in a timely and considerate way for me and my neighbours. They were faced with a number of problems which they solved with good humour and great care. They were professional, friendly, seemed to have endless energy, respectful of the property I was leaving and of the new property I moved into, putting everything in the rooms and areas I requested. I couldn’t have hoped for a better service.

I’ve moved serval times within the UK and also to and from Europe over the last 30 years and this has been my most positive moving experience. The team are all lovely, work very well together and were so considerate and kind throughout. II really appreciated how well the whole process from enquiry to move went. There are so many stressful elements to moving home but ATK made this part easy. The move was well thought out before hand by Adam and Dan and I was so happy with how smoothly it all went. I know a lot of thought and planning went into it by the team and I felt that everything was in safe hands. I had lots of stairs, difficult access, road traffic and school busses to navigate but it was all handled brilliantly by the team.My washing machine was put in place and plumbed iin my new house too. It was such a great relief to have small attentions to detail like this.
