I placed an order, and within seconds, responded to Customer Service that I wanted to add to that order and not pay shipping twice. They were closed for the weekend. However, on Monday morning, they responded that it had already shipped when they got the email. BSI cancelled service immediately. Once my order arrived, I drained the hopper of my espresso machine. I expected a wonderfully tasting coffee from all the hype. Man, I was disappointed and so glad I cancelled the subscription. I have bought coffee from Thrive Farmers for years and have been happy, and now I am sticking with them.

Edit: I've overreacted after about 1 month improvising with older beans that were previously rejected (because of excess roasting, but only this one in particular was like that - PERU - the remainder tasted good.I've contacted them today by phone and they pointed out (correctly) that DHL had messed up my order shipped almost a month ago that never arrived. It looks like DHL lost my package in the last mile hub near my city. Atlas Coffee has the opportunity here to proactively monitor its own shipments to detect if they are late and take action, instead being oblivious to it and not doing anything. The matter worsen because around 5 days ago I get charged again (for the next 2-week cycle), and got an e-mail from Atlas saying my order would be shipped the following day. To date I have not received tracking number, and I confirmed they had not yet shipped, so I was able to cancel and order a refund on this 2nd unsent order. They offered me a $10 refund on my 4-week ago lost order, whereas I paid $15 including shipping. The phone person was cordial and really tried to help and apologize, but he confirmed Atlas has no means to proactively contact DHL to question what happened to their shipment to me, apparently lost 10 miles far from my house in their DHL hub for 2 weeks. Losing $5 for Atlas logistic partner mistake won't kill me, but my coffee-drought came to and end today as I got myself a different supplier. Maybe they will grow and improve their operations and the coffee's were in general good, not outstanding and not screamingly fresh, taking about 10 days, when everything works on time, from roast to your mailbox). Original: Coffee beans is not really great, with some bags coming excessively roasted. The biggest issue though is they’ll charge you bi weekly for a supposedly twice a month delivery but they will entirely skip delivering anything at all while they provide minimum information of why / when / wtf is going on. There’s no tracking number, no customer support, no person answering e-mail. Avoid your headache with these guys, the only real professionals there seem to be the billing and marketing department. You can’t log in to their website to cancel the subscription. Invalid password. Reset password doesn’t work, there is no reset e-mail sent, to this point I think they are behaving as a Scam company.

Received a six-month gift membership. First bag was seriously delayed. Now the second bag is supposedly on the way, but I am being denied access to their website to check on my subscription and tracking. Tried to reset my password, but nothing changed. I sent them an email instructing them to cancel the gift and refund my friend's money. Total ripoff! Not worth the hassle for a few bags of coffee!!

Disappointing Delivery Service - Repeated Delays Force Cancellation.I've been a subscriber to Atlas Coffee Club for a while and initially enjoyed the service. However, the consistent and unacceptable delays in my coffee deliveries have forced me to cancel my subscription. A subscription service should mean regular deliveries, but that has not been my experience lately.I've contacted Atlas Coffee Club multiple times about this issue. Their response? They blame the shipping carrier, USPS, and claim they aren't responsible for delays. This is simply not acceptable. It's their responsibility to choose a reliable shipping partner. Continuing to use USPS, despite the constant delays, shows a lack of care for their customers' experience. I'm tired of having to buy subpar coffee from the store or Starbucks to fill the gaps caused by Atlas Coffee Club's unreliable delivery. It's clear from other reviews here on Trustpilot that I'm not the only one experiencing this problem. Atlas Coffee Club needs to take ownership of this issue and find a better shipping solution. Until they do, I cannot recommend their service. I've had enough and have found a more dependable coffee subscription. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere.
