I signed up for a subscription on Nov 16 2024 to give as a gift to a family member for Christmas. I placed the first delivery date as Dec. 16th. We are now at December 28th, my family members have not received their gift. I have contacted customer support numerous times. They said they would send out another order. All order tracking is stuck at DHL the shipping partner they use? No one can give me any answers on when my family members will actually receive the product I paid for. I am very disappointed and full of regrets for purchasing a 6 month subscription. I upheld my side by paying for their service. They haven't upheld theirs. Terrible experience.

I placed the order and received it, that was fine. But I sent them SEVERAL emails asking them to cancel my subscription, and they never responded. It does say in their FAQs how to cancel your subscription, but it is not located where they said it was. They appear to have hidden the subscription cancellation.There is a way to pause it, but no way to cancel it. Extremely annoying.

I will never order another subscription box to anything again, after ordering from the tea subscription, "atlas tea club", from atlas coffee club. I cancelled my subscription because money got a little tight, and I had to make budget cuts. They charged me anyways, and when I tried to contact them about it, I got an email saying that I needed to update my card information. I asked, how can that be?? You charged me! I don't want the subscription. Now atlas is claiming they never received my payment, so they won't be sending the subscription box! So, not only was I charged for something I could not afford, and did not want, but now I won't even get it after I paid for it?! Insane! I tried contacting their customer service, they have been UNRESPONSIVE other than the initial email stating that I didn't pay!!! This couldn't have happened at a worse time, I can't afford the box, I DEFINITELY can't afford to pay for something I won't even get!!

Ordered a 12 month subscription for my wife. First shipment was almost a week late. I got a lame excuse that their fulfillment center was running behind. Second shipment was also late. Received another lame excuse that a DHL truck caught fire and they had to refill the orders that were destroyed. I ended up cancelling the subscription. Both shipments sat in Austin TX for 4 days after the label was created until they showed as shipped. A good relationship cannot come from making lame excuses to a new customer. If you can't handle the current customer base, why accept more?

I just started with this coffee club a couple of months ago. So far the beans they have shipped have been pretty good. I like that I can skip a month without penalty. Only gripe is it is a little bit expensive - $14 for 12 oz - not even a full pound. So, not sure if I'll keep the subscription.
