I purchased Email Hunter and Email Sender, and the registration process has been a complete nightmare. Even after a long wait, the software keeps showing registration errors. I contacted customer support multiple times, and every time I only get the same reply from “Elena” asking for the registration key. After I send it, there is no response at all.The support is extremely slow and unhelpful, and the issue is still not fixed. Honestly, this has been a waste of time and money. I do not recommend this product until they improve their customer support and fix their registration system.
Although I bought a license, I can only install it on 1 device! So when I need to travel and use my laptop I cannot use it, seriously?! I sent a couple of emails to customer support recently. Result: Zero replies.
