Derek’s one star review scared me (I am 70). I was stressed out for over a week. Even locked my credit card. The products I ordered arrived safely. I am very grateful to have the products as not available in Australia. Thank you Ninth Avenue. My stress was totally unnecessary!!
Purchased a machine on 14/11, I believed was coming from Australia. No tracking provided as stated in initial email. So I sent emails with no response. Did an online chat 3 weeks later on the website. Ended up being told machine was lost and another will be dispatched. It was, with tracking. All I can say is communication with the Australia branch is extremely poor if at all.
Absolutely dreadful service. Will be going to Fair Trading or equivalent. I spent $270 on two sets of beard oil and conditioner. Received one parcel which was supposed to contain an oil and a conditioner, but it had been ripped open and only the beard oil was still there. I contacted Ninth Avenue by phone and was told they would call me back. They have not! I called again and got no answer. I sent an email and a follow-up email, which have not been responded to. Ninth Avenue Australia then sent their automated feedback survey, which I filled out. Still no contact from them.
I had difficulty finding the unit I wanted either in store or on line so was happy to find it available through Ninth Avenue. The price was reasonable considering it was shipped from the US and they kept me informed of it's delivery progress. In due course it arrived with no problems
