5 star because when I emailed an enquiry regarding a problem tracking the parcel, the customer service delivered by Salman was above what I needed. It was refreshing, and restored some of the faith I've lost over the years in customer service in general. The issue was with the courier's website NOT Ninth Avenue. The parcel arrived safe and sound. A happy customer - Lisa, Australia.
Happy with product. Delivered sooner than advised which was important and appreciate it. My only criticism is product does not come from Australia and website calls themselves Australian. This impacted my decision to order from you, but was later advised product would arrive later than I needed. Therefore I had to be a local alternative.
First time I have ever purchased from overseas. As an 80 year old it was very helpful & reassuring to be able to track my purchase. Next month I hope to be able to reorder the same product as I am unable to purchase here in Australia
I love this hair oil, after leaving it for 10 hours then washing it out with shampoo and conditioner my hair is so silky and soft. My hair hasn't been like this for years, I highly recommend it. Such a lovely product so if you want lovely smooth and silky hair I say its a must to have for your next treatment.
