After ordering and receiving my item they sent the wrong item they get one star because when I try to email them a few times and not getting a response I decided to call and follow it up. They said they could not help me because it’s over the 13 days of refund, even though I’ve tried emailing them multiple times with no response so they expect me to keep the item I did not want and to blame me because they didn’t receive the email, which is a lie because I forwarded the emails of the original purchase as proof of what I ordered and what they actually sent me. Shocking disgusting and this is why they’re getting a bad review
i ordered the all in one makeup kit 3 weeks ago and i havent got any tracking details.ive sent numerous emails and havent gotten any information whatsoever. the only email i got was that its being processed but that was the day after i brought it and i got nothing since.
