Reference 1900661 - Overall experience.The courier company used was not good - said they had tried to deliver the package (and it was undeliverable) on the tracking info - we were home and our security camera proved likewise. NinthAvenue were very good keeping in touch and trying to sort out the delivery dilemma. Have now received the parcel in good condition.
Received a defective toiletries bag (rip on the seam on one side).Multiple attempts, emails and phone calls, to organise a refund with the company resulting in excuses and evasive manoeuvres to get out of organising a refund.Finally received contact from the company after posting a 1 star review - refund not directly offered until I specifically requested this but has now finally come through after much hassle so I have amended my rating to 2 stars.
So disappointed. Ordered a copper mask. Had to follow up on order. 2 months later I receive it. No packaging, no information, looks nothing like what I purchased, not even a swing that. Straight off the shelf of a $2 dollar shop and I paid $87 AUD for it. Totally rip!
