I love my Aurate gold vermeil paperclip necklace! It is beautiful and is quite sturdy and solid - so klutzy me doesn't have to worry about breaking it! ha ha I can wear it daily with no worries, which is super nice!
These earrings are my first purchase from Aurate. When I opened the box I was very pleasantly surprised by the sparkle of the white sapphire and the shine of the gold! The 15mm is a perfect size hoop for me. I’ve been wearing them everyday!
Looks and feels like costume jewelry. Very poor quality. The stones are shiny in certain light but quite dull most of the time, and the vermeil coating looks like it’s about to peel off and I just got the piece. Wish it were eligible for refund.
I tried to return/exchange a product but were faced with multiple issues. First, the website had a technical glitch which didn’t let me checkout after adding the new/exchange product to the cart when trying to apply the store credit. After the bug had been fixed, the company did not allow me to apply the site wide discount code when using the store credit. This took so long that I couldn’t return the item anymore to get my money back and was trapped with the store credit. Overall a very unpleasant, time consuming and not customer friendly experience.
