Extremely disappointing service.

Extremely disappointing service. I received a hat that arrived damaged. When I requested a return, I was offered a mere $2 as compensation. I insisted on a full refund of $22.38, but only received $4 back for shipping. The quality was very lacking, and the service was unacceptable!

Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience despite appealing visuals. I placed an order on 4 October for a birthday at the end of November. The shipment, if it even occurred, seemed to come from overseas to Cambridge but showed no movement. When I inquired about this, I was repeatedly told to ‘be patient’. Eventually, the company informed me they would send a new order as they could not locate the original, but after two weeks, I still had no shipping details to track. Again, I was told to ‘be patient’. More than two weeks after the birthday, I firmly requested a full and immediate refund – and to their credit, that was processed quickly and without issue. However, it was suspicious that there was no mention of returning items, no acknowledgment of two orders being sent, or any apology. This raises doubts about whether the items ever existed or were actually shipped. I received nothing and had no tracking information to suggest otherwise. If you decide to order from this company, please proceed with caution and be diligent, as I noticed numerous red flags in hindsight.

Extremely Disappointing Experience

If I could rate this lower, I would. This is a complete scam! I ordered four pairs of socks on October 4th and received the usual tracking information. By October 30th, it was allegedly stuck in Denver. I reached out to the company, and while they initially expressed concern and promised to resend my order, I never got a new tracking number. I sent multiple emails, but the responses only advised me to be patient. When I requested a refund, they still insisted on patience, which has run out for me. Unfortunately, several people will not receive their Christmas gifts. Avoid this service if you don't want to risk losing your money to scammers.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

If I could rate this lower, I would. I placed an order in October and tracked its progress closely. Here’s what I found: 10/10/25 - Tipperary, Ireland; 10/17 - arrived in customs in Ireland; 10/23 - shipped to the U.S.; 10/25 - reached customs in the U.S.; 10/28 - customs clearance declared; 10/30 - arrived at a shipping facility in the U.S.; 11/2 - departed partner facility; 11/6 - Fairbanks, 99775, U.S. The shipment is marked as in transit within the United States. As of 12/2/25, I still have not received my socks, and I reside in California, not Alaska. This feels like a scam.

Unreliable, Unhelpful & unlikely to receive the items

I ordered the item on the 2nd October, by the 7th November, I'd had not update on the tracking in 9 days. The tracking gave a postcode of the "depot" which was some 400 miles away in a random housing estate.Support was from a random unnamed individual, who refused to give me any tangible update on where it is, or when I can get it. I asked multiple times for a refund of how to claim on the complete con of "delivery insurance" to which I was fobbed and "thanks for my understanding", which I repeated told them they didn't have.I'm not even sure if this is a legitimate business, it seems like a massive scam. My advise, go else where. Save your time, sanity and money!

Rip-off merchants

What a shame you can’t give zero stars. I’ve now waited a month for my products and they have allegedly shipped, but the company refuse to give me tracking info. I have also seen exactly the same products advertised from lots of different company names with the same blurb. Do not order from them as it’s a rip-off and you will not get your products. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered

PURE SCAM

This company is a scam. Beware! I received an email and clicked on something seemingly harmless and it said”SUCCESS”. You have just placed an order. I emailed and fought it with a return email saying just wait until you receive the product. The cost was $18.22 for something I neither ordered or wanted. The product finally came and it looked like a piece of cardboard puzzle. The company will not respond to my emails now for a return. One star is way too many. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND BLOCK ALL EMAILS.

I orderd the sun catchers

I orderd the sun catchers. they pasted a picture of a raven crow onto a cutout. I am so disappointed.What a waste of money. The delivery took well over a month to get here. 1st tracking showed Italy. 2nd showed China. I would *Not recommend trusting them again in the future.

SCAM ARTIST - STAY AWAY!!!!

SCAM ARTIST - STAY AWAY!!!! I am a U.S. Marine Corps Officer. I ordered a 250th USMC Anniversary Ballcap from these idiots. Never showed up - lost in shipping? Customer service was no help whatsoever. THis is a CHINESE FRONT! 45 days later, I had to file a FRAUD complaint with USAA Bank to get my money back. STAY AWAY!!!!
