AutoAidBreakdown website tech issue with renewal payment…

The reason I had to talk with a AutoAid representative was because the website did not accept my Visa Debit card details. I double-checked I had put in the correct details but it would not continue with me paying online. I have been a member for many years so I reported that there was a problem with the online renewal system.Thankfully, Kayode was very helpful and made my renewal really easy to pay for.

Excellent first experience of the service

After an anxious day spent with a relative in hospital, I drove away with a hunch something was not right with my car. Not wanting to risk the two-hour journey home, I completed the questions in the App before calling AutoAid.This was the first time I had used the service. I found it straightforward and at peak time late afternoon was able to speak to someone promptly. I was quite stressed but was dealt with sensitively and given time to explain the issue.The mechanic arrived well within the time frame given. He was thorough in checking my car and gave clear explanations about the possible issue while reassuring me that, on an MOT, this would be an 'advisory' rather than requiring immediate attention.This gave me the confidence that I could make the two-hour journey home before having my car checked over again at my local garage.Thank you to AutoAid staff and the mechanic for an excellent first experience of your service.

When my car broke down it was towed to…

When my car broke down it was towed to the garage of my choice. I had to wait a couple of hours for the tow truck to arrive, but I guess that is reasonable.Renewal of the policy was quick and easy.

Searching for Breakdown Cover

I was looking for breakdown cover for the first time in several years so checked out more than one supplier. My preference for Autoaidbreakdown was based on price, simplicity of using the website and clarity of documentation. I also trust the Money Saving Expert for many of my financial decisions so their recommendation was important.
