Review Time
Placed an order more than 2 weeks ago. Been given several disingenuous "tracking updates" from the courier to say my parcel is out for delivery, only to receive another update at the end of the day to say that it cannot be delivered and will be delivered the next working day. This has happened at least 3 times. Today I received contradictory updates stating the parcel was being returned to sender, as well as out for delivery to me today; both can't be true!!Autodoc customer service has been of no help whatsoever. Their live chat on the app is slow and frustrating, I've also had conflicting information from different agents. Autodoc's customer service phone number was also of little help. Every time I have contacted Autodoc, I have been instructed to "wait until the end of the day". It seems clear to me that my parcel has been lost in transit and Autodoc are unwilling to do anything about it.I've been very patient until now, wasted several hours in live chats and have got nowhere. Frustrating and disappointing, to say the least. Their pathetic compensatory offers of 5% or 10% off a future order is a kick in the pants, I never want to order from them again.Will not be using Autodoc again, will actively discourage friends and family from using them too. Wish I had continued using my local motor factors instead.
The very small amount of money you save is never worth the insane delivery times, 3 weeks I've been waiting now and still haven't received my parcel! Customer service just say it's out for delivery but have been saying that over a week now! As I said the small amount of money saved is never worth the time waiting and the joke of a customer service centre. Definitely stick to euro car parts or gsf if your in the UK!
Website is co.uk and they are really coy about providing delivery times. Turns out the products are coming from European mainland and will actually take forever to arrive. I was tricked, won't use again. [Edit - parcel arrived. Ordered Monday midday, received Thursday late afternoon. This is better than expected but I still feel it should be made clear where the item is shipping from. Upgraded from 1 star to 2 stars]
Operates from a .co.uk website - implies items are sold from the Uk, even had the audacity to charge you VAT -Does not mention anywhere items are shipped from Europe.What should be an item arriving in a day or so if from a Uk supplier is 8 days from payment, absoloute charlatans.Avoid avoid avoid !
