I have bought from you guys a couple of times in the past, so it was a no brainer, to go back to your site to look for my latest acquisition. Absolutely atrocious.....DO NOT BOTHER

Absolutely atrocious.....DO NOT BOTHEROrdered and paid for 2 tyres at a cost of £364.98 on the 18th November. Its now the 27th November and NOTHING. Contacted their UK number, straight away the automated system tells me tyres have been delivered when you give the order number.Spoken to a customer service advisor on 24th, 25th, 26th and today (27th) EVERY time, we have escalated this to our managers for investigation, EXACTLy the same crap today, every time, 'You will get a call today to discuss the case' NOTHING AS YET JUST ME CHASING THEM.The gave me the DPD tracking number, DPD HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE TYRES, so they cannot deliver what they dont have.This company is shocking, they still have my £364.98 I do NOT have my tyres and nobody can tell me where they are or when I am getting a refund.USE AT YOUR OWN RISK, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED......

Item lost in delivery

AUTODOC have now refunded the money and apologised. This took longer and involved more repeated inputs by me than it should have, but I am pleased that they have now acted and I have improved the rating accordingly.I ordered a part (cost around £100) received the confirmation e mail then nothing. Tried contacting Autodoc but can only be done through a chat. To date I have tried three times to find out where my part is , but I am told it has been dispatched and I will receive an e mail. I have tried ti cancel the order as I have had to source the part elsewhere to get the car back on the road. They won’t cancel it. Very poor and unhelpful customer service. I won’t use them again.
