Items with this availability status are sent within 1–2 working days after the receipt of payment.'Waited more than a week and on contacting them was told different. Again customer agent on the 28/11/25 'the average order processing time from payment received is about 2 Working Days (it is not delivery terms, but period of time within the order should be sent out). Delivery takes within 4-6 business day' and 'as mentioned, the goods are sent form the warehouse in Germany ' not uk even though one switches from german site to co.uk siteOrder was still delivered after cancelling, as it was stating on Evri site 'still expecting the item' hence they had not received it, and as i was not expecting it, evri threw it over the side gate and now damaged by throwing and rain and weathered packaging they want me to print and take to the post office for them to print the label for free - which they do not print free and strengthen the box for the label all at my inconvenience. need to open dispute with card companyi order from another company on the day of cancellation and its delivery stated 2-3 days but i received it next day - that's service
Have been using autodoc for quite a few years and if you can stand their odd pricing fluctuations and variable delivery times then they are a reasonable source for parts. However evri lost my incoming order which they did eventually confirm autodoc systems did not manage this very well, but on leaving back feedback they did send second shipment. Ironically in the same week the shipment was delivered so was the original order one month later. Thank you Xena for making contact and listening to the problems and resolving the matter. Faith renewed - but it should not have taken bad feedback to prompt a response.
Bought a side trim from Autodoc after confirming the part is suitable for my model.The component delivered is correct, and confirmed by Autodoc, for my vehicle but the actual component is out-of-spec by about 20mm which is impossible to correctly mount, flush with the other components.Raised it to Autodoc in writing and the team are adamant the component is correct for my vehicle ignoring my advice that the component is out of spec.There’s another comment on the specific component on their website stating the same issue, but continue to sell the out-of-spec component.
