Parts returned cost the same as the parts

Parts were purchased on OnLineSpares.co.uk and delivered by AutoDoc. Even though the part were bought of a UK web site with a UK phone number. When returning parts, all part need to be shipped back to Germany and the customer needs to pay for the shipping costs. The shipping cost turns out to be almost the same price as the parts. This make part return useless.
