Review Time
Please be careful when ordering from them. Ordered some brake pads from them and selected them according to their recommendations and imagine my surprise when at the mechanic and brake pads weren't the right one. It might be cheaper and accessible,but their products reflect their value.
I ordered oil and an oil filter on the 13th November 2025. I received the filter but still haven't received the oil. 3rd December. I have dealt with Evri because Autodoc weren't interested. Evri have admitted they lost the oil in an Email which i forwarded to Autodoc. Have used the Chat system several times but had no results. COMPLETELY USELESS!!!
Initiating the purchase was not straight forward as I am a recent customer and I could have done with the reduction offered but the transaction went through without the discount. One of the agents suggested that I will get the discount upon the next purchase which will be like.. when? I usually do simple mechanics myself but alas , I don't have the time lately ..
