I can only give one star since zero isn't an option. The customer service is extremely poor. You hire them to transport your vehicle, and they are quick to take your payment and assure you everything is set. However, when the scheduled day arrives, they go completely silent. There's no communication at all about the driver, the pickup timeframe, or even if there are any delays.

No stars if that were an option. They do nothing but harass. Unpleasant staff. They call multiple times a day, often hanging up. Their sales tactic relies on relentless harassment. I spoke to a manager and requested they stop calling, but they called back within ten minutes. I would never use them again!
This company approached me and insisted they were legitimate and trustworthy. Unfortunately, they scheduled our service, claimed to have a driver, provided a date and time, but failed to call or show up. I was left stranded. When I attempted to call, many numbers were disconnected, and the one that connected had a representative who claimed no knowledge of my situation. I have a contract that proves otherwise. It became clear they never intended to fulfill the appointment. If you face similar issues, report them to the authorities.
Because I declined their services, a representative insulted me. Ironically, I found another company offering the same service for less. When I informed the representative I would not pay $600 for towing, he suggested I drive it myself. If I could drive it, I wouldn't need a tow! It’s amusing how upset he got when I said no. He attempted to call and harass me afterward. This behavior is unprofessional, and their pricing is exorbitant. To the representative and the company: you need to improve your practices.

After receiving a quote, I had legitimate concerns regarding the non-refundable deposit, misrepresentation of their role, and lack of consumer protections. When I asked for time to consult with others, I received rude and aggressive messages, including being told I 'wasted their time.' They claimed to be a carrier verbally, but the contract stated they were a broker. The terms raised serious red flags. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking respectful or professional service.
