My learning journey with Avado has really exceeded my expectations, the platform is super interactive with great materials! I really want to thank Michael Ranft, my tutor, Britt and Mark for the exceptional classes, they all been extremely helpful and supportive, thank you so much for your outstanding guidance! My CIPD L5 has thought me a lot professionally and personally! I'm very grateful to have been part of this!
My sincere thanks to Mr. Ikram Shaikh from the Student Support Team for his excellent customer handling and exceptional service extended to me. Appreciate your understanding the issue and resolving it at the same time. My issue was actually pending for some time and had to run around for the required support.
My tutor Federica.G has been my biggest strength during my learning time she has supported me throughout the whole cohort and always replied to my queries in timely manager with extra information to help. Using Avado has been a huge mistake!The platform isnt user friendly, there is no support. they constantly change the goalposts, they advertise a SLA of 3 days, but then continually email to extend this. they promise assignments will be marked in a week, currently this is up to 3 weeks. The information on the user hub Is incorrect, you dont have access anytime and it is not at all flexible.Avado sells a dream and delivers disappointment.
Mark is a great tutor, on the unit I was a bit purplexed to find out suddenly that Britt would be delivering it. I have to say, her presentation and skill set was easily understood and her template and 'How to guide' was a literal life saver. I never got a chance to watch the live recordings, but I enjoyed watching them back. I don't want to go on as it may hurt Mark's feelings lol.
Avado is a great company providing comprehensive training suitable for all. I have chosen avado as it came highly recommended. My tutor is Britt Webster and she is amazing. Her tutor sessions are really informative and interesting. Her whiteboards are always on point and super helpful with the assignments. Britt is always ready to help when anyone is struggling to understand the questions. She is also very patient and always really warm but professional. I am at the end of my L5 journey and I believe I owe it Britt as she has been an amazing and supportive tutor!
I have to say thank you to Michael Ranft (my tutor) Britt and Mark for their online classes. After following their advice I always got a 3 or 4 in my CIPD Level 5 assignments. To be honest, they are the main reason I got some support to pass successfully the assessments. I can't give it a 5 as the resources provided and the support from the platform is minimum, you have to put all the effort to get the best resources, the ones in the CIPD hub aren't great etc so expect to put all your effort, for me was a very taught year to meet all the deadlines on time and pass all of them with a great score; as said the platform and resources you can find there aren't the best and nobody can check your work before is sent. Thank you to my tutor and the others that helped with the lessons but the format of the platform and how is managed, it wasn't what I expected.
