I had a great learning journey with Avado and especially with my tutor Mark who guided me through the process and provided support and kind assistance in every way possible. I completed CIPDlevel 5 which was quite demanding and challenging alongside work and family commitments but the help of tutors and Avado team made it all possible and an enriching virtual learning experience.
Very disappointed with this course. have been delayed twice with access there programme after made the payment. after that have feedback that due to your delay i am not longer want to continue (about one month), the staff just denied and ssiad 14 day agreement you have signned even i stated you have actually delayed my access to system about 10 days why you not counting?? they just replyed we will extend it which i have nvr been verbal gone through with this als9. Due to their poor communication and not admit for their mistake. i have been paying extra for there service which i nvr used for it after i submited for withdrawal request and led my account had been closed. which i am seeking legal advice to go through with this company at the moment
No end of issues on this course - technical issues (account would occasionally be 'suspended' so I couldn't access the materials, then go live again at random times), payment issues (being told I hadn't paid after the money had been taken by them), lack of support (there is no contact with your tutor and if you request this on average you are waiting a week, which if you have a quick question you need clarifying before you can continue your assignment is a huge hold up) and a lack of response when the above queries were raised with them.Would not recommend and will not be using them for my next course. I would suggest using a local college instead so you are not in a cohort with hundreds of other people and will be able to have contact with your tutor.
Mark Beacham has proven to be a highly competent and personable tutor and elevated my experience completing my level 5 with Avado from my previous experience completing my level 3. Mark was always on hand to provide support even in areas that would not ordinarily fall within the scope of a tutor. Mark’s encouragement and method of teaching definitely contributed to my learning journey and without him I’m sure I would have struggled. I’m very grateful that I ended up being part of his cohort.
