I have had a really disappointing experience with Avado, tutors being changed multiple times, course work being sent back without explanations and struggled to find someone who would help. I also found there was a lack of communication as a whole. However, my tutor got changed to Michael Ranft and he has been absolutely brilliant, answered all my questions and helped me when I needed it. I was about to just give up completely with only two assignments left but he helped me find a way to get them in. My course has been extended and hopefully my assignments pass but won’t be doing another course with Avado.
I really enjoyed the CPD module, and Britt’s sessions stood out as something genuinely different. Her teaching style felt more like being guided through the learning emotionally, rather than just being told facts. She comes across as gentle, honest, and truly invested in helping us understand the content. The assignment guide she created was clear and incredibly helpful. I’ve never had a teacher with her approach, and I found that really refreshing. It made the module feel more accessible and personal, and I can see how well this style works for a topic like CPD.
I've had Britt as my tutor for my level 5 and she's honestly so great. Her sessions are so informative and helpful, and her tone and style is so lively and fun that learning with her feels so easy. The whiteboards she does for those sessions are fantastic at explaining things more and giving you more examples to draw on and learn from, and for when I've not been able to join live, her turnaround time for recordings and materials is so fast, I never worry about falling behind. I couldn't recommend her more!

I started late, literally at the end of the first unit and I was sooo tensed and confused. Reached out to Mark for advise and he was so much help. I really just like how he goes all out to support his students. We are in good hands! :)
Mark Beacham has been wonderfully supportive and his teaching is excellent. During the support sessions he goes through every AC in detail and always revisits them if anyone is stuck. He responds back to all queries quickly and thoroughly.
