I have successfully completed my CIPD Level 3 in People Practices with AVADO, achieving first-time passes for all units. I am very grateful and proud of my choice. In addition to the benefits of interactive learning programs, access to AI tools like AVA, connecting with fellow students, and receiving guidance from mentors on the AVADO connect platform, I have appreciated the cohort cafés and the support and feedback from experienced tutors. Most importantly, I am grateful for the honesty, transparency, and kindness that Andrew, Sofia, and Frederica have shown me during my studies for this qualification. I recommend that individuals and professionals looking to enhance their confidence and knowledge in HR consider joining AVADO school.
I have recently completed my CIPD Level 5 and can highly recommend Avado as a training provider. The online resources and support form the tutors is great and my assignments were always marked and returned within a week. I would particularly like to thank my tutor Mark Beacham for his support. I must admit the early days of studying felt overwhelming as I work full time and have 3 children. However I found Mark's online sessions/cohort cafe's incredibly useful and by sticking to the deadlines given by Avado I started the course in January 2024 and handed my final assignment in December 2024. Thank you Mark and the rest of the team at Avado for making this experience a great one!
I have just completed the level 3 HR course to help me in my role as a Dental Practice Manager. The sign up process was so simple and the team members were super helpful. The course is really well laid out and has various interactive aspects that keep the course engaging. Federica Grisanti is a kind and knowledgeable tutor who is always happy to help. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone interested in HR
I was slightly in doubt initially when I was doing the online CIPD training but Avado and Federica have made it super smooth. What a journey it has been since May 2024. I am lucky to get Federica as my tutor so supportive, informative and easily approachable. Hope to do other courses through Avado in the future.
My whole process from Avado has been great so far. The hub is easy to follow, the tutors are supportive and informative and you have all the information you require along with advice and support with where to go for additional learning and wider reading. Mark is always quick to reply with any concerns or advice!
Fantastic support from tutors.I have recently completed my Level 5 CIPD through Avado and would recommend it. My Tutor was Mark Beacham, who could not have been more helpful. He gave really clear tutorials and provided clear information on what each of the questions required. He replied to any questions quickly and was really supportive.
My Level 5 journey with Avado is almost completed and I had an excellent Tutor in Britt Webster. She is extremely engaging, knowledgeable and motivating. The tutor sessions led by Britt were informative and most helpful. On all occasions, her written responses were understanding, detailed and full of useful guidance. She kept every promise of finding information and making it available. A true professional!
