Who is giving Avado anything above 0 stars??? Honestly it’s hilarious! I’m here again writing another review.I am on the April Cohort and am doing 3PRM unit at the moment, from start to finish this course has been a disaster and it’s the majority on my cohort that feels the same. 3 weeks before the assessment is due we are given a new tutor who is even WORSE than the one we had before. I have been calling and emailing Avado since Monday and have had no response!!! Disgusting vile company. 3 more modules to go and then il be happy to see the back of Avado!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GIVING THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE TRUST ME!!!
The experience was very good because support team was understanding of my problem and they extended the best support possible. However, I had to write two reminders because it was already later than the tat mentioned in the automated reply.That is why I have given 3 stars and not 5 even though the support provided was satisfactory.
I wouldn't recommend Avado learning they take your money and don't care about you!!!!I have a very very bad experience with them .Before you think to pay them look at complain about them . I didn't see something like this never in my life .
DO NOT GO WITH AVADO!! They sell sell sell and say everything you want to hear, makes everything sound wonderful.... the truth is- they do not have 1-2-1 support for you. They have over a hundred people in a class. They give very little support and teaching the basics is a no!!!! For the money you at it is disgusting. Complaints have been raised and they do not care with what you say and are not interested one bit. Their process in handling issue are very very poor and don’t care. They charge people from £1800-£2500 for the same course, yes exactly the same!!!! They do scree you over and please do not go to Avado!!! REMEMBER YOU ARE JUST A NUMBER AND MONEY IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. They don’t care if you are stuck, even the live sessions are not even video or audio, you can only type in the sessions, that’s if you are able to get in because it exceeds number of capacity of people allowed in the sessions!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR BS! PEOPLE HAVE LEFT AND HAVE LOST MONEY BECAUSE OF THIS AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY. I AM TRYING TO GET OUT TOO! They will say all sorts to make it sounds friendly but it is not and they will now even respond to exactly the way they have responded to others. IN A ROBOTIC FORMAT WHICH MEANS NOTHING- check it out!
Over-all a positive experience, had a slow start with a few problems including two of the previous LDCs leaving, which meant having to wait in limbo whilst I was assigned a new one. Despite that, the last two were really supportive and did their job exceptionally well - especially Perran James. He made me feel at ease and confident throughout the whole course and I was able to achieve a distinction with his guidance. Great man.
Didn't have the best start with the LDC quitting after the first meeting and then the second after about a year then we were fortunate to get Perran James a LDC with a great background and passion to help my apprentice to succeed.I know people moving on isn't always the companies fault but this can really affect continuity.But in general once Perran was involved everything was very good - more like him please!!My apprentice got a distinction so I'm a happy Line Manager
