Awful experience-haven't received my certificate till this day after finishing my course in Jan 2019!!!! Overpriced for what "knowledge" it provides and charging for every single retake of a unit when you paid 2,5k for a certificate! A total rip-off...I have been sent back and forth from AVADO to CIPD to get my certificate for which I worked hard. AVADO should be more responsible in solving complaints between CIPD and the customer and GO AN EXTRA MILE especially when there's such a delay in delivering certificates to people on time.

Excellent from start to finish

I had a excellent start when I enquired about doing my course here, they were quick with emails and calls. Sadly my books took ages to arrive but when I called they were extremely quick to resolve this. The sales lady I spoke to initially was fantastic I know a lot of the questions I had post registration she probably didn't have the answer but she always went above and beyond in order to respond to me. Overall experience has been very fantastic.

Avado have been great

Avado have been great. From enrolling onto the course through to the individual tutor guidance, there is lots of support available. The learning was at a good pace to follow and well structured.

Great service

Great service, and lovely people who provided me with all the details I needed to get enrolled onto my course. They took the time to speak to me over the phone while I first logged onto my online learning platform. I was given all the course details prior to signing up and given enough time to read through and ensure it was the correct course for me.
