Great product, easy to assemble and the way it’s designed is great the fact that every stows away neatly and securely on the machine ii much better than Kärcher, including the hose reel, extendable lance, snow cannon and how nozzles etc. attach all much better than my karcher k4 which has now been gifted to my daughter. Highly recommend you won’t be disappointed
I am needing a replacement parts so email AVA UK customer support over the Christmas holiday period. and did not expect a reply a day after Boxing Day from Ines. And received the delivery shortly after new year. Good after sale support and good customer service team.
I had a faulty trigger on the sprayer handle. I made contact and sent proof of purchase along with date of purchase and a photo of the faulty part. Mischa looked after me and sent out a new part. Mischa was great and I was amazed when the new part arrived within 2 days. What a great service.
For any would be Karcher fans out there just wondering if Ava is any good….trust me, the Evolution P70 is just a joy to use. Brilliant build quality, way better than similarly positioned models from the likes of Karcher (who I do like by the way, so I’m not having a dig at them). But Ava is the real deal folks. I literally cannot fault anything about their products
