Fantastic experience with AVA of Norway. Rachel in the customer support team was very helpful and assisted me with my purchase of an AVA Easy P57. Ordered at 1530 on a Monday afternoon, delivered and cleaning the car with it 24 hrs later. Having read and watched many reviews of this product I am extremely pleased with the quality, functionality and value for money.
I received my AVA P57 large bundle pressure washer direct from AVA very quickly. Unfortunately, the snow foam container bottle was badly damaged and could not be used. However, everything else was in perfect condition. Very odd as the outer carton showed no sign of any damage at all. However, I sent an email to customer service and almost immediately received a reply apologizing for the issue and offering to: (a) send an upgraded bottle as replacement, (b) a pack of 4 microfibre mop cloths as a goodwill gesture. This action is in my opinion excellent customer service. To receive a damaged product can happen for a number of reasons but it is how it is handled which is important. I received the replacement quickly too and look forward to using it. Top marks AVA. Thank you.
Used for the first time today to wash mine and and the wife’s cars very impressed well built quality feel to the pistol easy grip to keep jet on snow foam kit is excellent to nice foam coverage So much better than my karcher that had just died last week
Having owned an Ava Easy P57 for a number of years, with no issues at all, I was in the market for a 2nd Pressure washer specifically for Car Detailing.I immediately looked into Ava again and very quickly it seemed the Go P55 would be a good choice. My requirements : Small machine, decent pressure, and good flow rate primarily for Car Detailing.I did a quick look to see what other makes would fit my needs, but it was quickly apparent that the Ava P55 Go ticked all the boxes, and for a decent price anyway. The specifications are slightly down on the P57 Easy, but still very impressive for such a small machine.I've used it a few times since purchasing, and wow I'm impressed.The steel reenforced hose, while a little heavier that the flexi hose with my P57, is a joy, and doesn't want to coil up, or kink, and feels good quality.My only slight gripe is the quality of the plastic housing on the washer itself seems a little "flimsy", so time will tell on that one... It's backed with a 10year warranty so I don't expect any issues.It would be really great if Ava offered a Pressure Washer only option as I don't need all the accessories, having my own SGS35 stubby gun, foam cannons, etc all with QC connections.If you're in the market for a good quality pressure washer, at a sensible price look no further.Overall, and great small, and light pressure washer, with good specifications.
