Pressure washer developed a leak from the main body after 2 years of use. Contacted AVA to ask if this could be repaired. Mischa from AVA promptly replied and within a week sorted everything out. I decided to do the fix myself as I have the tooling to do so, AVA provided detailed instructions to carry out the repair which was very helpful. All fixed and no leaks... happy user again.
I have an Ava pressure washer which I bought a year ago but when I saw the extending lance I had to have it, I have bought 3 different types of extension lances from other people but none of them have the quality of this one from Ava, I used it today to clean my upstairs windows and it was very easy to use and comfortable to hold onto. Well worth the price too
Ava pressure washer purchased recently, an excellent product. More compact than competitors but with a more controlled power delivery. A fantastic array of tools to go with the pressure washer, sadly I indulged and purchased a few additional tools! Would seriously recommend Ava.
After having karchers in various forms and having a wipe your hands of a fault I had with one of there products, that was me done with them Onto my new p60 pressure washer I got this week, if I’m been honest it’s brilliant it was easy to set up easy to use and really powerful, the 8 m hose made it loads easier also I feel it’s a heavier product unlike karchers that fall over.
