Sent one item back as not working.Item was received on the 23rd of January as I have proof of postage. As of today 4th, refund still not received. All the paperwork in the box contained all the reference numbers etc.All in all.Quick to take your money unfortunately extremely slow returning it especially when then have received the goods back.
I recently purchased the P57 washer and a set of 3 spray cups for detailing my new car. Only used once but it was very easy to use, the parts feel high quality and the products were applied effortlessly. The ordering process from Ava directly were very straightforward to the UK. Highly recommended product and would use their items again.
Credit where credit is due!I've had my AVA pressure washer since March 2022 and in the main it's been very good. However, over the last 18 months I've had a few issues where I found myself fixing it every few months.My machine failed again about 3 weeks ago and it needed a new Inlet/Outlet Pump head replacement, which isn't huge issue in itself, you only need some basic tools to do the job.However, once I'd completed the job my machine still wasn't working correctly, so I contacted AVA customer service. Rachel was the lady tasked with trying to sort my problems out. Rachel had suggested that my machine goes in to the service centre to be looked at, but when I informed Rachel that, that would be the second time in 4 months and that I'd spent quite a bit of time fixing my machine over the last 18 months and I was therefore not very happy. Yes, the 10 year warranty is good, but I shouldn't be fixing it as frequently as I had been. Now this is where the credit comes in, once AVA and Rachel were aware of the issues I'd been having they offered me a resolution, which surprised and surpassed my expectations. Without hesitation Rachel offered me a brand new machine as a replacement for my troublesome machine! My new machine has arrived and I'm waiting for an opportunity to put it to work!Thank you AVA and Rachel, customer service that surpasses the norm!
Just want to start by saying absolutely amazing service from AVA. From start had a problem with one of the jet washers contacted AVA and was sent out a replacement straight away and the other jet wash also picked up on the day of my choosing. No messing around no excuses friendly professional service from start to finish would definitely recommend thanks AVA.
I had some problems with the set up of the washer, one of which is still not really resolved. But it was such a refreshing change, when I raised the issues, to have a swift personal response from a lovely lady at Ava who did her very best to sort things out. The responses were always swift, friendly and helpful with no attempt to try and make it my fault!!! Which makes such a HUGE difference in this day and age. For this reason alone I give the product 5 stars. To my mind there are a few design aspects of the pressure washer that could do with improvement. The reel upon which the mains lead is stored, would looks like a great idea but in practice is hard to use - particularly when the weather is cold and the lead stiff. Also there is a clip that is meant to secure the high pressure hose which feeds the reel but is too long to clip home securely meaning one needs to keep an eye on it. There is a storage bar for nozzles on the handle that for some reason is tricky to use. You fiddle for ages then suddenly the nozzle clips in. Very odd. Same applies to removal. The wand connectors are all proprietary, which is fine and work well, but means I cannot use some of my other accessories. The whole unit and wand are plastic so it remains to be seen how long it will last. It is a bit awkward to manoeuvre as the extensions to the base at the front, which do a good job of stabilising it, also make wheeling around a bit tricky. It was supplied with a hose connector that did not fit the normal U.K. Hozelock or Gardena connectors but that is an easy fix. So yes a couple of issues, but the machine works well and the customer service has been second to none. For that reason alone I would recommend this product.
