Disappointed with this company. My 6-month-old son weighs about 15 pounds and used it only a handful of times when it suddenly broke. This was not due to misuse — it failed during normal, light use by a baby well within the weight limit.I immediately contacted customer service and was instructed to email support with photos, which I did over a week ago. I have yet to receive any response or acknowledgment. For a product meant for infant safety, both the quality and the lack of customer support are unacceptable.
What a fantastic company! I just spoke to Myla in customer service, who was so professional and helpful. I had made a mistake in my order, and she was extremely understanding and truly amazing. Not only does this company offer great products, but it also provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!
My husband and I have been interested in purchasing an indoor jungle gym from Avenlur for quite some time. During the excitement of the sale rush, we accidentally ordered a set that wouldn’t fit our space. Naturally, we were a bit apprehensive about reaching out, unsure how the company would handle a return or exchange.Thankfully, the experience exceeded our expectations. The customer service representative, Myla, was incredibly kind and accommodating. She took the time to listen, asked all the right questions, and once she learned that the product hadn’t been opened, she provided clear and straightforward instructions for the return process. Thanks to her help, we’re now looking forward to receiving a setup that works perfectly for our family.We are truly grateful to be purchasing from a company that values its customers and genuinely cares about meeting their needs. Such a great company to work with. I ordered an item as a Christmas gift. I had never dealt with this company before but the item I ordered was a gift request. FedEx advised they delivered the item but they did not deliver to my address. I sent an email to Avenlur the next day advising I did not get the item. The next day I received an email from them that they were shipping me another one. The very next day, another delivery service dropped the new delivery right at my door. (2 days from when I alerted them to the issue) I could not believe how quick they were to respond to my dilemma and how fast the next order was delivered. They were very quick with their response and very pleasant to work with. I can’t say enough! Thank you so much!
We received our Sycamore jungle gym as a gift for Christmas this year and my toddler is absolutely obsessed. We spent a long time trying to find the perfect set to replace the old broken down one we had and I can’t recommend this one enough! The gym itself is sturdy and easy to put together with clear instructions(took my husband about 6 hours total by himself). Their customer service is also incredible! Nothing makes me want to continue to purchase more products from a store like good customer service. We had a piece that was broken and the week of Christmas customer service was so quick to respond and send out a new piece so we could complete the build.
*Update— I finally received help from customer service after leaving comments on some of their social media posts. Myla eventually called and had an entirely new sand table shipped to me. Still not sure why all my messages and attempts to get a resolution went unanswered before this, but I am adjusting my review from 1 to 3 stars, as I feel others should still be aware of the missing parts, quality, and potential for not getting help from customer service. It shouldn’t take a year to get assistance.* Missing parts, poor quality, worse customer service. We purchased the sand table as well as one of the climbing gyms about a year ago, and both were missing parts. The climbing gym was missing rope, and I needed it for Christmas, so I bought some at the store myself. The sandbox was missing the side box. I reached out to customer service, and never heard back. Reached out a few more times, never heard back. Then, the wood bench on the sand table starting chipping and peeling, after only being outside (in summer) for 3 months. I’ve since reached out multiple times about the missing parts and the poor quality, but have not received any help. One time (yes, one) I was able to get a hold of someone who said they’d help. They told me to send the part names that I needed replaced. So I did, but never heard back. So at this point, it’s been about a year, and still nothings been resolved. Lastly, I tried writing a review on their website months ago, and it was never published so they obviously filter their reviews to only publish good ones. Do not buy from this company. I do not recommend them or their products.
Bought the jungle gym ahead of Black Friday, even though I won't have the space for it until Christmas - at the earliest. Its price dropped £33 the second day after its arrival. Gutted at the time then remembered there was this Holiday Price Math Guarantee thing. Contacted the customer service, took a little bit time for them to get back to me due to time difference, but refund was issued within the day. Really good experience. Still haven't opened the box yet, so can't comment on the product - hopefully it's as good as their customer service.
