Excellent customer service! Ordering was easy (as long as you are certain of size!) We gave the bracelet to our Grandson for his 16th birthday. He loves bed it! Then he saw the message inside and was genuinely so touched, and said he would “wear it always”. Nothing better than that!
⭐☆☆☆☆ I’m deeply dissatisfied with the service. My order took significantly longer than what was indicated at checkout, with minimal proactive communication. When I reached out, the responses were slow and unclear. The company states their products are “made to order,” but my experience did not reflect a custom production timeline. The delays seemed more like issues with inventory or fulfillment rather than handcrafted production. Their strict no-refund policy is unyielding and not customer-friendly, particularly when orders haven’t shipped yet. Such policies may safeguard the company, but they shift all the risk onto the customer. With the prolonged wait times, misleading expectations, and rigid policies, this was not a premium shopping experience. I would highly advise considering other options if timing, transparency, or customer support are important to you.
Reading the reviews shows that this company is surely a scam company. Firstly I placed an order on September 30th. Only to be told afterwards that it takes 15-20 work days. An information that’s no where in their website. 15-20 work days has since passed. I got a notification on October 23 that a “shipping label created”. Till date, November 1st it hasn’t updated. Their support claims it had shipped and it wasn’t just being updated.They also claimed it’ll take 5-7 days to deliver to my address. However on calling the shipper today November 1st, 9 days after it’s supposedly shipped. Shipper says they didn’t receive any package (9 days after!!!!!)Subsequent emails to support requesting for a refund has not been repoed to. This was to be a ring for my engagement which I’ve rescheduled twice and seems would need to reschedule again thanks to this scammer website. But from them at your own peril. Ps: I’m expecting they’d come justify their scammer behavior.
I tired to cancel an order that was placed by my husband right after he ordered it and it took weeks to"custom make"this ring so they had plenty of time to cancel the order. I figured I wouldn't be happy any type of plating over silver tarnishes. When I buy jewelry I don't switch it out much so I look for daily wearable items. This happened to be an engagement ring. It's beautiful but it only took a couple of months for the bottom side of the band to be tarnished. Then come to find out all of their stones are synthetics. So when it says amethyst it doesn't really mean it's an amethyst😵💫I know they say you get what you pay for but paying over $300 for not real gold and not real stones is kind of crazy to me
My interaction with this company was due to an error I made when I ordered from them. I emailed them right away and they handled it very quickly and efficiently and sent out a replacement within 48 hours! I will absolutely buy from them again!
