I bought a Odin 2 Max but i chose the wrong colour but the Ayntec support team helped me get the right colour and now I've had the device for a couple of days and so far all i can say is that i love this device it fits nice in my hands and it's high battery capacity allows me to play games for long sessions without chargin i will definetely recommend this device Best Regards Thor Jensen, Denmark
I had an Odin Lite for 2 and an half years, in those days i have found out that the battery was swelling(actually it has opened the back carter of the device) i have contacted the support to have help from them and their answer was:"we don't do it anymore, so we are not going to help you, we don't care if this is gonna explode in your hands". i know that other people has the same issue with batteries, SO BE CAREFUL
Bought an Odin 2 for way too much on Amazon just to get it here faster. Worked great for about two weeks then then screen would just be black..nothing else. Ended up starting a refund and ordered one from the official website. We’ll see if this one works any better. Screen issues seem to be a common thing with these so I don’t have high hopes anymore. Customer service is kind of a joke. They respond quickly but in no way attempt to resolve the issue for a product they supposedly have a warranty for.
