Extremely disappointing experience.
I cancelled my order after waiting over a month without receiving anything. Following the cancellation, they confirmed in writing that my refund was processed on December 3rd.
Months later, I still have not received the refund, and the company has since stopped responding to emails and messages altogether.
I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately and professionally, but the lack of communication shows a total disregard for customers. Confirming a refund and then going silent is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

If you’re considering ordering from this company, be aware that if something goes wrong, you may be left chasing your money with no response. I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Never ordering again

I canceled my coat order days after placing it but didn’t get my refund. After contacting support multiple times with no reply, I reached out to payment support for help. They finally responded when I mentioned that. I received a partial refund, blaming the exchange rate, but had they refunded me earlier, I would have received the full amount. The customer service is terrible, and I regret ordering from them.
