B12 Website Builder is a total RIP OFF. They did not do anything but steal my money and when I asked for it back they wanted to hide behind their Refund Policy which was never mentioned to me before I purchased their services. I started building my own website on B12 and when I got stuck on minor details I contacted B12. They linked my privacy policy as well as my terms & conditions and they could not have spent 4 hours doing that because I had already built the Site. Yet, they had the nerve to tell me for them to make any more changes to my site they needed $75.00 more dollars. I had already paid $300.00 and purchased Their $99.00 hosting package. Save your money! This program is run and generated by AI. Even the humans claiming to be real are robotic and out for your money. They will NOT deliver on what they promise, you WILL pay more than you expect, and ththe website WONT be any better than if you had spent the time and built it yourself.Dont believe me? Just TRY and contact B12 customer services right now. You wont be able to. This startup is a get rich quick scheme at best. Natish- the owner- is incompetant at best, but he needs to be put out of business because he straight up lies to customers.UPDATE: B12 'responded'to this comment by giving me the generic email to start communication with them. I have used this email to no avail in the past, this time was no different. B12 is saving face but their customer support still sucks.
Their customer service is god-awful. Phone support requires paying $99 a month, and that doesn't even allow you to pick up the phone to speak to a human. You have to go through a lot of hoops and barrels to speak to someone.Their SEO services are a scam. Have paid for nearly 5 months of service and have seen zero results and received zero correspondence on what they're actually doing.They also own your website, which screws you over when you want to terminate their shoddy services.
I’m very disappointed in B12’s lack of attention to detail. You had a great opportunity to wow me with the AI but they failed. There was no copy writing done, all of the text was either left over from the sample or was cut and pasted from the text i provided. When i complained about the barely mediocre website and asked for my money back, they claimed they can't due to the design hours have to be paid. Now they won't even answer my emails. Stay away from this company, they will rip you off.
