Don’t waste your time. You can work all you can, do a great job, bring value and even like me use $300 noise cancelling microphones and still be flagged by some random miserable reviewers for “background noise” after the quality check just said YOU HAVE NO BACKGROUND NOISE! And then they lower the number of calls you can make in a day and kick you out while a lot of people with literally INCORRECT pronunciations and no knowledge of the topics can make hundreds of dollars every week. Honestly, take your hard work and talent where it is appreciated.
I have been with Babel Audio for only about a week, found the info on indeed and started an application but did not finish as i was hesitant to try at first and put it off for over 2 weeks, then they sent me a final reminder to complete my application and i decided to give it a try and boy am i glad i did! The work is fun and enjoyable, the pay is good and transparent on what your making, all i had was a very basic laptop and microphone and that was all i needed to get started. as soon as my application was finished i was able to get busy and the process was smooth and simple. Previously I have done freelancer jobs in other start up companies so I can make a fair comparison. Babel Audio is managed by a group of ambitious young people. Those people are fair and down to earth. In order to stand different than other similar companies Babel is targeting perfection. They communicate clearly their expectations and they prepare you accordingly. You have access to absolutely anything in order to do the job perfectly. Everything is done with a purpose and everything is explained to you from the beginning. They have dedicated QA teams to answers the needs of the participants. One issue is most people target Babel as easy money without much work and those people are constantly being cleared from the platform. During my journey with Babel I met lots of participants who have been there from the very beginning. I have also met a lot of participants who didn’t take the responsbility seriously and therefore removed. I believe negative comments are a production of these easy money seekers without much afford. If you are a hardworking person and if you are willing to take the responsibilites serious Babel could be a great place for you. I guarentee it.
