Order BBS00125897. Received a doll of very poor quality. The box itself is a very poor quality and partially damaged. Doll smells of cheap plastic. I contacted Babeside.com for a refund. They ignore my request. In fact they ignore my emails altogether. I would not recommend. When I wrote my review on their website, they removed it, so they appear good to potential customers.
I have not got them out for the children or my grandchildren play with them yet.Because santa claus is bringing them!!🙂 but I have gotten out and played with them, and they are amazing.The ones I bought four years ago.I thought they where amazing,But they have improved these dolls and are so good!! They actually talk now!!! Sound just like real babies, they are amazing!!!!! They look just like real babies.And I don't know about anyone else's experience, but I bought my mentally disable grandchildren.These dolls four years ago, and they love them so much.They wanted another one.So when i've looked them up again and see that they talk, plus other exciting features like they're breathing and heartbeat!!!! I thank you from the bottom of my heart for these incredible dolls that y'all make!! For my disabled grandchildren, they treat them just like real babies, and I really mean that!!! If you have not got your children or grandchildren one, please get one.These dolls give them comfort and love!!! So for anyone that's questioning these dolls, please don't because they have even responded to me every time i've sent them an email and a lot of people don't do that.And if they do, it's two or three days later, these people that make these Dollsrespond within hours!!! You really,Should just try them out.I guarantee you.You will love them! But you also have to be careful while filling out your order.And pick the pacific features that you are wanting, but that isnt they're fault if you did not get a certain feature you wanted.So be careful and make sure you hit what features you exactly want.And you will receive it! I was amazed of how quickly I got them.And once again, I thank you.So so much for making these amazing dolls!
I ordered this doll from Babeside two weeks ago and I have to say the shipping was very fast. I received it in five days and I was very excited to receive my doll as this was my first silicone doll from this company.. I ordered the 16 inch silicone, Nancy doll and upon arrival I noticed that her lips were peeled. The paint was peeling off and they were extremely chipped. Other than that the doll is beautiful and does look as pictured on the website, but I was extremely disappointed in the mouth being defected and that they didn’t pay better attention to quality control. I did contact the company and I showed them photos of how the doll arrive to me and after a couple days of going back-and-forth, they did agree to refund me 20% of her cost for my inconvenience and for their apologies of receiving a faulty doll. I would say their a wonderful company as long as you don’t expect a full refund if you were all right with possibly receiving a faulty doll and getting 20% of your money back they’re a great company, but there is always that risk of receiving a doll with flaws. I can’t honestly say that I would order from them again, as I am afraid, I might receive another doll that has a defect. The only thing I’m afraid of now is I am hoping that her paint doesn’t come off her lips entirely and I have no idea what to put on her mouth to prevent any further paint from peeling away.
