Still waiting after 17 days & 4 emails later!

Ordered a car seat on 18th January, it’s now 4th February.It was supposed to be delivered in 1-3 days. It’s now been 17 days & 4 emails later!They responded to two emails, the 2nd one saying there was a delay & should get it in the next few days (that was over a week ago) I’ve since sent another two emails saying URGENT & they are now ignoring me!!!!!How do I get my car seat or refund? Absolutely shocking customer service AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would recommend baby planet

I would recommend baby planet. I purchased all of my baby items from the Derby store. Such as pram, car seat, bedroom furniture, nursing chair, all bedroom items ( bedding, lamp shades etc), baby bouncer- everything. They have a large selection & I’m very indecisive so I needed to compare a large range. Yassin assisted me and was very knowledgeable. I did have an issue with my pram when it was delivered and Baby planet did action an exchange for me. I needed to wait for the new pram to come back in to stock before it could be exchanged. I was pleased with the way Baby Planet handled my complaint and it was ultimately Cybex who were at fault for sending me the faulty pram initially- not baby planet. But the way my complaint was handled, I’m very satisfied with. I do love my Cybex Pram & stroller however so I think I was just unlucky with my first pram. I’ve subsequently ordered more baby items from Baby Planet and have been really pleased with their prompt service. I urgently needed a stroller for a holiday and Yassin ensured I received my pram within a week of ordering, delivered to my house.i cannot fault the service. I’ll continue to purchase from them. Thanks very much Baby Planet & Yassin.

Bad experience on online booking

Bad experience on online booking. Customer service care was poor. I waited for 10 days on booked item. Then contacted them. Finally they decided to pack the item and sent.

Great price for a great brand

We bought the 7 piece Mamas & Papas ocarro bundle.Great price, really fast delivery and so easy to order.The order was complete just waiting for the baby to arrive, due 24.2.25. Had Mamas & Papas for the first two babies, didn’t think we would be buying a third😊😊😊

Poor after sales service

They offer very competitive pricing and placing orders online is easy enough. However, trying to get hold of them by phone is like trying to win the lottery jackpot. When you call them they put you on hold, then tell you you are number 1 in the queue, then it rings through to an advisor and you just wait and wait and wait, no response at all. I guess they keep prices low through lack of staff to advise customers. 😕

Ordered a Cybex baby carrier from the…

Ordered a Cybex baby carrier from the Olympia London baby show back in October. Was told my order would arrive before my baby was born on 20th November. Still haven’t received my order 3 months later. Staff are quite abrupt and not apologetic when chasing the order, not great customer service. I wouldn’t advise anyone to buy from them and just go direct to the company instead for better customer service and peace of mind.
