We received fantastic service at the Sutton-in-Ashfield store. The staff were really friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. We were shown how each pram we looked at worked and we were talked through all of the information we needed. When we bought our pram/car seat we were helped out to the car with everything. Very impressed.
Leicester branch have been lovely, came in for a second time as the service was so great the first. Fully experienced & knowledgeable staff bought my travel system & would highly recommended & come back again. Special mention to Sarah for her assistance & reassurance
I put in an order on 16th December. I received a confirmation with no delivery information, once I checked the website it said 1 to 3 working days so I sent a polite email. Got a very rude reply saying “as per my order confirmation it will take 7 to 10 working days” I then politely pointed out that Chenai who emailed me was wrong in saying I had received this information and so that they could better inform other customers that it’s 1 to 3 working days. I’ve had no reply or apology. I also wouldn’t have ordered from them either if I had known this information. I’ve had no dispatch note. And I understand it’s been Xmas in between but I’ve got my own business and there’s been plenty of opportunity for postage
