Review Time
Absolutely shocking, waited over a month for my delivery, after day after day of ringing told many different delivery dates but not delivered when they said.Expected delivery today so hopefully I get my order, but definitely the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I've had over a month of stress 😩 while 7 and 8 months pregnant. I did read really bad reviews about items getting delivered but only after I ordered and did some research, other wise if I would of read them before hand I wouldn't of shopped online at baby planet.
Horrendous company! Not only did I receive a broken item I also didn’t receive another item I had purchased! Had to take it upon myself to get item fixed with Ickle bubba as baby planet were messing me around! Then with the other item I didn’t receive I’m having to put a case forward on PayPal as their awful customer services are next to no help! Honestly I would avoid! I’ve dealt with some bad companies in my time but this one tops it!
