THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I brought a travel system from this company at a baby show for the best part of £2000. I hadn’t realised I wasn’t buying straight from the main retailer (silver cross) as they had mad their stand look like they was silver cross. Even when purchasing there was no sign of them being a different company, until we checked out online banking. I wanted silver cross as I had heard all good things about their customer services and on going help once you e purchased a pram. My pram frame is unfortunately faulty and gets stuck up, unable to fold it back down (these things happen). I tried to get it fixed but as I brought it from baby planet everything has to go through them. After some very long winded back and fourth they told me I had to find a way to box it (very difficult) and they would arrange collection, so I did. I then had no contact with them and whilst I was out of the country was left a courier note saying I’d missed a delivery? I drove 35 mins to collect my unknow parcel and it was my pram, folded down so I assumed fixed… unfortunately not. Just folded down and sent back to me still broken. By this time Iv had to purchase a new pram for my nearly 1 year old. I arrange again for my pram to be collected and the delivery driver is unable to take it as baby planet haven’t sent out the returns label for him to attach. I called them, rather unhappy as I’d taken a day off to sit home and wait for it to be collected and the lady on the phone told me she would call the parcel company and personally call me right back. That was 3 days ago and Iv not been able to get in contact with them since. I am currently sat on hold as ‘number 1’ in their queue and have been for 1hour and 15 minuets (so far) DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. If only they was all as helpful as the sales man adding on all the extras when I was trying to buy the pushchair

Sadly I would not recommend this…

Sadly I would not recommend this company. Selling baby items you would expect high level of customer service as it can be stressful when your pregnant and you really don't need any added stress. I ordered the a cot and changing mat topper which weren't cheap! I was informed the cot would be in stock on a date and would be delivered within 3 days which was fine. When the delivery came it was only the changing mat topper so I had to keep chasing them to find out about the cot. I sent multiple emails, tried calling (opening hours aren't great) I was told on the Thursday delivery would be Friday. Friday came and no cot I called to chase again and was told I would get a call back.... I didn't and when I tried to call they closed! So I had to email again to chase. When I did finally get the cot bed I raised a complaint which they ignored for 3 days. They finally rung me and kept apologising on the phone and said it's not up to their usual standard and they apologise and would speak to management about a partial refund due to all the stress and me chasing things and them not returning my calls. Email from them today now back tracking and saying they did all they could (which they didn't as they didn't call when they said they would and I have had to keep chasing to find out what is happening!) They are now refusing a partial refund and said I can have 10% off another order. Please tell me why I would put myself through all that stress again and order through you again! I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone at all unless you want lots of stress when your heavily pregnant already!

Not impressed!!!

Not impressed!!!Ordered products in good faith as the company states it has price match guarantee and is a family run firm.Used Blue Light discount, but after ordering found a cheaper deal. Emailed the company on 15th August to see if they would price match and to check delivery. No response - even still today!No information AT ALL on delivery (apart from contact from delivery company XDP - another dreadful experience!!) which I assumed was my items.Attempted to call Babymore on 19th and answerphone message said lines close at 2.30, so was unable to speak to anyone.Called 20th in the morning and was advised (automated) that lines were open til 4.30 !?! But that all operators were busy and I had to join a queue. Which I gave up on after waiting ages.Then received the email from the rubbish courier to say delivery would happen in the evening.Cancelled plans to visit family to stay in. NO delivery. Email this morning to say delivery was attempted- LIE - we have cctv to prove it wasn’t! Now can’t get through to delivery company.I will try Baby Planet again once their phone lines are open.Very disappointed in this experience! DO NOT recommend

Great price and fast postage!

I bought a travel system bundle - mamas and papas ocarro and maxi-cosi car seat. I used Baby Planet as this was the cheapest price I could find from anywhere - by hundreds of pounds! Not only did I get a bargain but my order arrived within 2 days of me placing it which was very fast. Would definitely use Baby Planet again in the future and recommend to others!
