Ordered a baby carrier/ car seat. Had a phone call a few days later to say the one we had ordered had sold out so we had to choose another. When it arrived it didn't fit the push chair chassis we have although it advertised as doing so. Emailed the sales team and still havnt had a reply. Now stuck with a useless car seat in a colour we didn't want.
We come to baby planet for all of our baby transport equipment. They’ve been so helpful in helping us pick a pram. We have recently came back for more advice on car seats and they couldn’t have been more informative and reassuring. Can’t recommend this team highly enough.
