We have been looking for 2 prams for my sisters as there are 2 babies on the way and the staff could not be more helpful or knowledgable.

Do NOT order from here

I ordered a buggy back in March from the baby show and was due to receive in May, got told there was a delay and we would hear end of May a delivery date. It is now July and only the car seat out of a £1200 bundle has arrived. My baby is now due, I have spent over 1k for nothing. I am unable to contact anyone as it’s a weekend. Very quick to take your money and tell you it needs to be paid before delivery only to not deliver it. To say that I am heartbroken and stressed is an understatement. They should not be allowed to supply a service to pregnant women if this is the stress they are going to cause.

Silver Cross Pioneer bundle

I bought a Silver Cross Pioneer bundle online in May 2022 - after seeing a fantastic deal on Emma’s Diary I thought I just couldn’t miss, I didn’t read the reviews on here before buying, I just assumed everything would be fine. I panicked somewhat when I read the reviews on here so I’m almost glad I didn’t read them before buying. On the website I was told to get in touch if after 5 working days I hadn’t received a delivery date. I got in touch and I was given a delivery date and tracking details. The bundle arrived on 25th May but the adapter to connect the car seat to the pushchair were nowhere to be seen. I’d been careful when unpacking so I know these haven’t been mistakenly thrown away or misplaced. I got in touch with the sales team and the said they would arrange for the missing adapters to be sent. I did need to chase this several times - they explained they had to request the manufacturers (Silver Cross) directly. It’s now 7th July and I have received all parts of the bundle and overall I have been happy with the service, the sales team always reply in a timely manner when I have been in contact they are polite. I would buy from again!

Totally unorganised sales department. Selling out of stock items

I ordered a baby carrier and received an email a few days later advising me the carrier is unavailable, and they offered a different colour or refund. They didn’t state it was also a different material and colour, I had to query this. Nevertheless I chose the alternative colour/material and heard nothing back. I had to chase this three times before being told the alternative colour was unavailable. A few weeks had passed since I submitted my original order. Again I was offered a different colour which I agreed, and was told it would be shipped that day. Two days later I receive another email from a different department saying all the carriers are selling fast and they only have one colour left. I have now ended the wild goose chase and requested a refund. I wonder how long that will take to reach me? I wouldn’t order from here ever again

Ordered from the baby show back in…

Ordered from the baby show back in March was told delivery would be 8-12 weeks. I received no communication to say there had been delays although they claimed to have sent them. I then had to keep chasing and the email to book my delivery never arrived. Anyway none the less the items have arrived and we are very happy with them. Just wish the communication had been better to save a pregnant lady stress so close to due date!

Awful service. Ordered online, paid supposed to be 3 day delivery.A week later they call to say item not in stock and will take 2 weeks for refund.Manager refused to speak to me.Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Lots of bad reviews. Check their facebook page. Dont give yourself streas

I ordered a Cosatto Giggle 3 from this…

I ordered a Cosatto Giggle 3 from this shop on the 13th of May. On their website they show "1-day delivery" but that's misleading because it doesn't take into account the order times! First, they called me to tell me they didn't have the footmuff. Then, their order status has never been updated on the website, it has been stuck on "Processing" since day one. After seven emails and several hours on the phone with them over the course of a month and a half, one of their customer agents told me that the order was finally dispatched last week. When I called again today, another customer representative told me that the order hasn't even arrived from the manufacturer! They LIED to me and kept me waiting for a month and a half while my baby is due and now I don't have a car seat to install and bring the baby from the hospital. DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Downright liars

Downright liarsThe delivery estimates are complete fabrications. Don't trust if you have a baby due in less than 6 months. Had to email them 8 times in two months about the status, because they just take your money and stop communicating.The worst thing is that they lied straight to our face that the item was dispatched only to find one week later that they haven't even received it from the supplier. Can't trust anything they say after that.
