We bought our Silver Cross pram bundle from the baby planet store in Derby. The staff were really helpful, very knowledgeable and also honoured a price we found online! Would definitely use this store again. Thank you!
I was really nervous to order from this company due to all the reviews however, the offer they had on the pram I wanted was by far the best. I took a risk and ordered on a Sunday night and received a text on the Tuesday to say it would be delivered that day. I ordered a travel system so three boxes came and everything was there and correct. We are really happy with the items we received and the service from Baby Planet.
Avoid this company!!! I ordered a maternity pillow online and got sent a nursing pillow which was much cheaper than what I had paid for. I emailed the company for a refund and to send the incorrect item back to which they responded they would arrange a pick up for £20. So this incompetent company want me to pay £20 for their mistake 🤔 not sure that's how it works. I would avoid buying anything from them!!
Emma and Freya are your girls! Me and my husband came in today as complete novices and they answered all of our (daft) questions without making us feel silly. They have gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable in coming back without hesitation :)Thanks girls, you are a credit to Baby Plant
Excellent service from all staff at Baby Planet Derby, very attentive and we were able to pick our pushchair with ease! Super happy with service and would really recommend. Special mention for Emma who was really helpful and exceptionally knowledgeable.
