Susan at the Derby store was beyond helpful. Took the time to show us multiple options and explained everything in detail answering all of our questions. We're so happy with our decision and wouldn't have been able to make it without her. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for their pram and travel system.
I ordered a Silver Cross Pioneer Pushchair With Simplicity Plus Car Seat & Base - Graphite on Friday 12th August and it was delivered the next day. I was concerned due to some of the reviews in Trustpilot, but my experience with the service from Babyplanetonline was faultless. I did double check the website was correct, as it does seem there could be copy websites, which is not good for the business.
We visited the derby store and the staff were so helpful and friendly from the get go. With it being our first child we had no idea what we needed and what was right for us, but the team directed us to the best seat for all the features we wanted (rotating) and fitted to a pram frame we got given by a friend. I would definitely recommend friends and family to the derby store too!
Absolutely horrific company avoid at all costs. Ordered 2x items at a baby show ago spent 2.5k and received no confirmation emails or anything. Rang up to chase my order could never get through, eventually spoke to someone who gave the email excuses noted in all the below reviews and they would get it sent out by the end of the week. One of my items gets delivered, I ring again to chase second item and they tell me they lost my order form and don’t know what happened 🙄. Stupidly as these were ordered through baby show I placed an online order on 17.07 which should have been delivered in 3 days, I still don’t have it. Can never get through on the phone when I did last Friday spoke to latifah who was unhelpful and rude, she guaranteed she would call me back same day to resolve and she still hasn’t. I am still on hold hours later today and no closer to a resolution, disgusting company do not use.
Ordered a compact stroller on 8th July. Fair enough it was pre-order for delivery approx 23rd July. That day came and went no email at all with any update so I sent an email to the customer services address. No reply. Called up and was told that that stroller was discontinued and I would be sent a refund and cancellation email. No email and no refund issues but had to reorder the stroller somewhere else to ensure it’s here for holiday. Poor customer service phone line hours and can be in a queue for 90 minutes+
Amazing service @ baby planet derby! Emma was a massive help in store.. took time to show us absolutely everything, went above and beyond to make sure we were set up with everything we needed! 100% would recommend any first time parents to visits the derby store!
