My experience with Back Care - Australia was great. I was looking to buy crutches an while I could *find* them on a number of websites most had no reviews or bad reviews. Seeing the positive reviews they got I gave them ago - and it was great. Easy ordering, quick postage, friendly follow up. I have no hesitations recommending them.
The knee pillow is much better to use compared to a traditional bed pillow. The only negative element is that the gripping-strip section is too small and as a result, the gap between my knee and the pillow is too wide. This means that the pillow is still is too mobile when I am asleep. As a result I am woken up during the night to place the pillow back into a more appropriate place.

The price of product was in the higher end and this was definitely reflected in the exceptional design features and solid build quality well worth the price.Ease of assembly was a bonus all the fiddly bits were pre assembled and tools were supplied to but the frame together.Delivery was very fast which is always good.Highly recommend this product and Back Care Australia in supplying it.
I received the order in the time frame specified and the parcel was undamaged. However, there was a lack of vital information about the Premium Lift-Tilt-table. The description failed to inform the purchaser that the table details were based on a single bed user.The description failed to point out that this table could not be used on the left side, that the table halves were not inter-changeableIt seems to me, that it has been assumed all disabled people would be in a single bed, or have the ability to use the right side of their bed. ( If it had been specified that the table was not inter-changeable, I would not of ordered)
