Lucky 7 Body Pillow helps with shoulder pain

I recently bought the Lucky 7 Body Pillow to try and find a way to alleviate shoulder pain/pressure when side sleeping and it certainly does help in that regard. The only thing I would change is that I wish it was a little bit longer, and I wished the accompanying pillow case had a zipper for ease of use!
