With only a week before I left for an overseas holiday I realized I needed a contour support pillow with me if I was to avoid the constant headaches I get from regular pillows. I logged on and ordered the travel contour pillow from Back Care and it arrived within 4 days. Its very compact so I was able to pack it in my case and it worked a dream. Had a good night's sleep every night by placing it on top of the regular hotel pillow. Will never travel without it.
I ordered a Trenton's High Profile Pillow. I already have one, bought at Pillow Talk a year or two ago, and I love it. This time I ordered one for guests, as I only had squishy soft pillows for them. I have been testing the new one to make sure guests will like it and I am sure they will. It is so comfortable. And ordering it was a breeze.
For me the wedge pillow is too firm and maybe too high, I bought the 20 cm one. I am 1.63 mtr tall and my weight is 54-55 kg. There is too much pressure on the pelvic and coccyx area. I am using a small flat pillow to support my head all to eliminate the reflux. However I am not getting enough rest as it is too uncomfortable. What do you suggest?
