Review Time
WARNING: I ordered a shower stool and travel bag on 10/1/25, which was "shipped" a few days later. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them to find that the stool was out of stock (nationwide, so they sold me something they didn't actually ever have). When I asked to cancel the order, they claimed that the bag had "just shipped" that day so I could no longer cancel the order, but could return it (at my expense) for a refund. I ended up keeping the bag (I was due to go away) and requested a refund for the stool. It's now been 17 business days, and they still have not returned my money. DODGY COMPANY. Do not use. No phone number to call and speak to someone, just "polite" emails thanking me for my patience - of which I have none left.
I ordered the raised wedge pillow because I've get acid reflux and I want to try to avoid problems long term. It's good quality and well made. I saw it as an investment in my health. It is comfortable and definitely helping. I thought I may find it too annoying to be raised as I'm a stomach sleeper. But I can curl into it semi side/front on. It is already feeling unnatural to lay flat now if I feel like my stomach is still full. I'm happy with it and glad I purchased.
