Stay away from this business at all costs. You will never be sure that your specifications will be adhered to, and it is impossible to trust whatever any of customer service representatives or sales manager(s) tell you. Their story kept changing throughout the course of my wife's order, and in the end after exhausting every possible means we will have to accept that we lost the full value of the order without receiving the correct product that we can actually use. Never been lied to this much in any professional relationship so far in my life.
Returning customer! We have been so pleased with our 10'x16' "step and repeat' backdrop that we have purchased another! This time a 6'x10' for smaller use. Same great customer service and support. These backdrops hold up to washing, and are quality made! You're not getting something that will only be useable a few times - this is a long-term product! Highly, highly recommend!
