The print looks great

The print looks great! The cloth that the design is printed on seems like it is of good quality. The frame, however, seems to be very cheap and lightweight, which isn't always the best when you have a tension backdrop that's 10'x8'. Still seems decent overall. Backdropsource.com had the cheapest prices on tension backdrops that I could find. I do feel like I got my money's worth

It's said in production that there are 3 options and you can only pick two: fast, good, and cheap. I don't know how Backdropsource does it but they provide all 3!

It's a cheater company

It's a cheater company, don't ever fall for their traps. They sent their customers defective product and never ever replace it, making false promises which they never fulfilled. I would repeat again, NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM a fraud company like this. I have burned my hands and don't want others to fall as their prey, after spending a lot of money we expect quality products whereas they sent defective products. Shame on them. I am utterly disappointed in them, their service, their products, and their cheat customer support team.Edit: After so many months of false promises, they neither refunded nor replaced the product. I would advise other's to not fell into their trap.
